First of all, was very impressed by the packaging. Each piece was well protected from shipping damage and all well covered. I have ordered 7 of these products Bravat brushed nickel sensor faucets for my new GYM from the Fontana Showers. These sensor faucets look great, functions very well, and fit perfectly. They are half the price when compared to other specialty stores, especially ones bought at hardware stores. Customer service was good.
