I have been in contact with Fontana showers several times and provided many pictures . As the installation instructions say there should be certain pieces included with my purchase. However Fontana Showers says not missing anything and the the instructions cover more than one shower assembly, even though the showers appear identical. I also was missing several of the beauty rings for the body sprayers. was shipped the 4 was missing but they are different sizes and a lesser quality than the original 2 was shipped.

At this point I’m so frustrated with Fontana Showers and this purchase that found my own beauty rings to go with my shower set. I feel mis led from the start. I don’t believe would do business again with Fontana Showers. In my eyes this hasn’t be handled properly.

I’m so glad I purchased this rainfall LED shower set. Works well in my shower, dark oil rubbed bronze also looks very beautiful and was easy to install and is easy to clean. I am happy with the purchase so far.

I liked the first six body jets so much bought 6 more. had a small issue so I emailed them, they responded the same day and resolved my issue fast and even checked in with me to make sure all was good. I strongly recommend the product and seller, I will be using them again.
