One jet was missing February 9, 2023 Reviewer: Grey from Illinois   do not know how it happened and actually even customer representative I talked with did not either but the box was missing one body jet. did not have any problem having it replaced though since they were kind enough to send a replacement. Still, we had to wait an extra week before we could use the shower. Was this review helpful to you?

amazing features January 7, 2023 Reviewer: Andrew from Denver   This was for sure the most expensive part of our bathroom, but  also the most amazing. We love everything about it, though in the beginning the large rain shower head seemed a little strange as was not used to it. The only problem was delivery, was not 2 weeks as they write on the website, but almost four, so be prepared to wait. However, for me was worth it, I have never experienced such a system before. Definitely recommended December 2, 2022 Reviewer: James from Washington   If there is one shower set system here that would recommend, this one has got to be it. I can not say if this is the best here in the site though given I haven't tried all of them. But I have this though, and based from my experience, this is something worth considering if you're shopping for a shower set. It works great and is very reasonably priced. Glad bought this one. FIVE STARS! March 14, 2021 Reviewer: Monica from Michigan   so much that we love with this shower: the changing LED lights and how it allows us to determine the water temperature without having to touch the water, the rainfall effect and feel when showering, the handy hand shower that comes with it, the body jets, and most especially the modern and stylish design. Everything worked so fabulously well!  Our plumber did not even have any problem installing this thing! I happily give it FIVE STARS! Highly recommended! Was this review helpful to you?

Good size shower head & nice LED lights December 12, 2020 Reviewer: Gem M. from Burlington, VT   The 40x20 inches shower head is a perfect size for us since it completely drenches our bodies as we bathe. The LED lights are also fantastic, the color actually changes depending on the water temperature. The rainfall shower and the body jets are absolutely refreshing -  like having a massage. The rubbed bronze finish was not what I expected though, but still looked good and worked well with our bathroom's design. I haven't had any problem with this shower set yet after about 2 months after installation, hopefully I won't have any in the future, too. Was this review helpful to you?

Absolutely wonderful! October 21, 2020 Reviewer: Jonas from Barre City   Wife and I were discussing with our designer about the different shower installation options we have, and she brought up these LED rain shower thingy. Wifey was keen on the idea, and was always curious about having one, too so we decided to go for it... NEVER REGRETTED ANYTHING! The shower worked like a charm and truly gave me a whole new perspective about bathrooms and showers. Can't wait to get home and hit the showers at the end of every day! A high end shower experience January 30, 2020 Reviewer: Irene from Chicago   This system provided one of the best shower experiences I ever had. The jets are very powerful while the rain shower is simply delicious. Late delivery November 3, 2019 Reviewer: Kim from Pennsylvania   The delivery took longer than expected and they weren't very helpful when I called them up to follow up on my order. was almost ready to cancel it but then it arrived. I checked the items and everything was all right. We had them installed and tried them out and everything worked well. Very happy with the shower set but not with the service.
