For some time now, the staff had been asking for a pull down faucet for the kitchen ( not sure why me and my partner did not think of that before). So I went ahead and looked for one, and this seemed like the perfect choice. The functions were just what the staff was asking for, and for the price, it seemed like a good deal. So I went ahead and ordered some, and the staff couldn't be more pleased. A great investment I should say.

Everything about the faucet is good, and though we had some issues with the late delivery and the the challenging installation, everything worked well in the end. The pullout sprayer on this faucet is actually good and  had no problem with it. It goes back into the dock easily and  no leaks in the joint even when  turned on.

I believe it took about two weeks or maybe three before our order arrived. That was kind of frustrating because we wanted to have this installed while the contractor was working with the sink. But since it came late, we had to install this ourselves because the contractor was already done with the sink. Other than slow shipping,  nothing else to complain about. The faucet works great and just as expected.

had this one installed couple of weeks ago, and though at first glance that they looked great. Yes, I did buy these faucets because of the looks, but was actually the function that I cared for more. Well, happily this faucet worked great. It served its function well and every feature mentioned in the product details were all present.
