When our initial item was delivered, we were quite happy and eager to have it fitted. Few, though, were scratched. As a result, we got in touch with Fontana Showers, who eventually agreed to send a replacement for the scratched one. Although the automatic faucets function flawlessly and have not shown any issues, the hassle and complication were aggravating, hence the three-star rating.
