Scratched December 23, 2019 Reviewer: Loins B from Oregon   The Gold bathtub faucet was installed last week and we just noticed a scratch on it my plumber said he saw the scratch before installing it. We called fontanashowers to get replacement but they gave us thr rounaround. Finally a supervisor called us and told us since it has been installed the scratch is not covered  ... as if he was implying we scratched the faucet. Was this review helpful to you?

Slow shipping December 19, 2018 Reviewer: Lina B from Montana   Was kind of frustrated to have to wait for two weeks for this faucet to arrive. I meant to have it installed during the weekend but then it did not come so had to re-schedule with the plumber. I hope they'd do something about their shipping. Slow shipping January 21, 2018 Reviewer: Monica from Washington   The faucet looks nice, though I especially love the gold finish. The color is vibrant and look nice paired with the basin sink we got from another site. The only issue had with this is the slow shipping. Good December 22, 2016 Reviewer: Kevin B from Kentucky   The faucet looked good in the picture, though I must admit that was not overly impressed by it when I opened the box. The finish was rather dull, more like a brushed finish than a polished finished. The faucet works well though and  had no trouble operating it.
