FontanaShowers® Return Policy



At FontanaShowers® we stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. FontanaShowers® promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition straight to your door.



If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, as long as no installation attempts have been made, original packaging is retained and ordered models do not have custom size or finish, and items are in their original condition received; the customer has 30 days to file a return request via email.
Please adhere to the following return policy:
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. All product(s) must be free from scratches and/or defects.All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

A refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges, plus 15% restocking fee) will be issued.



The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges can only be accepted within 30 days from receiving your order, and according to listed guidelines.



Please open boxes immediately upon delivery and check for damage. You must file a damage claim within 3 days of UPS/FedEx delivery and we will issue a replacement.



Please note: Any request unable to provide any original order information (5 - digit order number, etc.) will not be considered a FontanaShowers® order. FontanaShowers® products are sold directly through our website and not through independent sellers.



Items that are "special ordered/quoted" cannot be canceled or returned. (Non-listed and quoted items - items that do not have prices listed on our web pages and/or items that you received a special quote on - are considered special order items and may not be returned.) Items stated as non-returnable on the page from which they are ordered Items noted as "limited to stock" Items that have been installed.

General Return Policy



  • Prior to sending back any items, please submit a ticket or email our customer support staff at [email protected] to initiate and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and additional return instructions. To process your return quickly, please have the original order information (5 digit order number) available.

  • Returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving RMA and return instructions by our Customer Service Team.

  • Return Requests past 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

  • Products which show sign of use and installation will not be accepted.

  • Returns Requests which fall under the categories of Buyers Remorse, Changed Mind, or No Longer Desired are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received.

  • Returned products must pass inspection by our trained staff prior to credit approval. Products showing signs of damage due to poor repackaging or attempted installation are subject to additional fees.*

    • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing and inspection from the return delivery date.

  • FontanaShowers is not responsible for returned products with no issued authorization by our customer service department. Returning an order without alerting our Customer Service Team can result in delayed refunds or loss of the returned item.





NON Returnable Items: There are some products that are not returnable so please be aware of this when placing your order. Items that are heavy or large (items that ship by freight) may NOT be returned. (Items such as tubs may not be returned. If they are defective, you will either receive a replacement or it will be repaired; but we do not accept returns on items that ship by freight.) Items that were received by the customer over 30 days ago. However, IF an exception is made, a higher restocking fee will be assessed. Items that were NOT shipped by a Standard Carrier (for example of a standard carrier, we mean companies such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) may NOT be returned. Also, items that are "special ordered/quoted" cannot be canceled or returned.
