Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we at FontanaShowers will do our best to make it RIGHT. We will be happy to exchange the item for you, or you can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund/Credit (less shipping charges).

Please adhere to the following return policy:

Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. All product(s) must be free from scratches and/or defects.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

A refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges, plus 15% restocking fee) will be issued.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges can only be accepted within 30 days from receiving your order, and according to listed guidelines.

Please open boxes immediately upon delivery and check for damage. You must file a damage claim within 3 days of UPS/FedEx delivery and we will issue a replacement.

Please note: If you did not buy the product from us, then it is not our product. We only sell FontanaShowers products directly on our website.

General Return Policies

You may return any product in its original condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. An item cannot be returned beyond 30 days of actual delivery date. Please call our customer service department at 800-684-4489 or email and ask for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To process your return quickly, please have the original order number available. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization number. Orders must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition. Products must be in the manufacturers original box and packaging. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued, the returned product needs to be returned within 30 days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed from the date the return is received in our warehouse.
