Transaction Security Guarantee:
Our secure server software (SSL) is among the best for secure e-commerce transactions, with full encryption of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be traced as the information travels online. FontanaShowers is so confident in our systems that we GUARANTEE 100% SAFETY in our transactions. We electronically verify each transaction and only process those authorized by your credit card company.

Order Status and Tracking an Order:
You will receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Change or Cancel an Open Order:
If your order has not yet shipped, you may change or cancel your order at any time. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be canceled and credited, less a 3% credit card transaction fee.

Shipping Policy:

Most products are shipped from our main warehouse in the state of Virginia. We ship worldwide and we offer free shipping in the United States. For some items, we extend our free shipping promotion to our international customers. FontanaShowers is not responsible for any duties, customs, or tax for international shipping.

If an item or items are shipped via a trucking company (as opposed to UPS), it is the customer's responsibility to have the item removed from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are available at an additional charge. Lift gate delivery lowers the freight from the tail of the trailer to the ground and leaves it at the curb. Inside-delivery brings the freight from the ground to the interior of your home or garage.

Your order will likely be shipped via UPS, or, in some circumstances, by another qualified common carrier. In most cases, a delivery signature will not be required if the order is shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Payment Options:

For your convenience, FontanaShowers accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept checks. Please call us at 800-684-4489 for more information about paying by check.

Our Check Policy:
For orders paid for via check or money order, please be aware that your order will not ship until your payment has cleared our bank. This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from the time your payment is received. Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order will ship upon receipt of payment. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

Sales Tax & Currency:
For all orders outside of Virginia, no sales tax is charged.

Although we provide guaranteed order security, FontanaShowers understands if some customers would prefer not to use credit cards online. That's why our customer service representatives are available to personally handle your credit card transactions by phone.

Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a product other than what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide an RMA number and instructions to return the merchandise. FontanaShowers will pay the shipping cost and send you the correct product. You will be charged for the replacement order and credited in full upon receipt and inspection of the original order. You may also wait until we receive the incorrect item and issue a credit before placing your new order.

Only a professional plumber should install our products, or the warranty will be void. Defective products can be covered within the warranty period. If you find any defective parts in our products, please contact us for proper return procedures and we will ship a new replacement part. We are always here to help you get new parts or products at a reasonable price after your one-year factory warranty has expired.

Some items are not shipped by our standard ground carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and may not be returned. Large items like steam shower units ship by freight and may not be returned to our warehouse. If an item is deemed defective you will receive a replacement product or we will work to get it repaired, but no returns are accepted for freight shipped orders.

These units are NOT to be used in any workplace. These units must also be installed by a professional, or it could result in the void of any warranties.

Warranty Information

Faucets, Sensor Faucets:

FontanaShowers ensures its faucets will be leak and drip-free, and all parts and finishes of its faucets will be free from defects in material and manufacturing. The faucet body, ceramic cartridges, and metal finishes in chrome, satin nickel, polished nickel, gold, and oil rubbed bronze are factory warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from any manufacturer defects. FontanaShowers will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.The factory warranty does not include accessories. Examples of accessories: handles, hand showers, cradles, shower heads, hoses, supply lines, and drains. If a defect is found in normal residential use, FontanaShowers will, at its election, repair, replace, or make an appropriate adjustment. This limited warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping, and/or damages. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers exceed the purchase price of the product.

Shower Sets & Systems:

Shower systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping, or damages. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only and excludes damage due to improper handling, installation, maintenance, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by the consumer or any other party.

Other Products & Accessories including bathtubs, steam showers, vanities & sinks :

FontanaShowers warrants other products and accessories purchased after August 1, 2009 to the following: 1 Year Limited Warranty - bathtubs, steam showers, vanities, and sinks are guaranteed to be free from defects in material, workmanship, and finish at the time of shipment. Examples of accessories include handles, hand showers, cradles, hoses, supply lines, or drains. Should any defects develop within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or assembly. This limited warranty covers only replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping, or damages. No other liability or obligation is to be assumed.

Improper installation or alteration of unit and/or installation of additives can affect the integrity of the unit and will void the Warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

(1) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

(2) Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.

(3) For LED showers, please note that the LED light is not covered under the factory warranty. Under normal conditions, LED lights should last the lifetime of your shower. However, mineral and residue build-up in your water may cause the LED lights to stop working and as such, proper maintenance should be conducted to clean your shower head.
(4) Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

Please be advised that if due to human error, our site has an incorrect price listed, we will work to remedy it as quickly as possible. We make every effort to ensure that these mistakes do not happen. FontanaShowers will not honor an incorrect price. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer of a pricing error, and the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel the order entirely.
