FontanaShowers® is so confident in our systems that we GUARANTEE 100% SAFETY in our transactions. We electronically verify each transaction and only process those authorized by your credit card company.


Order Status and Tracking an Order:


You will receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped.


Change or Cancel an Open Order:

In the case of an order cancellation following processed payment, and prior to an order being shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.


Shipping Policy:

Most products are shipped from our main warehouse in the state of Virginia. We offer free shipping for all orders within the US, International orders may be subject to shipping, duty and customs fees. Our free shipping promotion may be applied to international orders. Domestic orders placed through FontanaShowers are offered free shipping. Excluding bath tubs, mirrors, bathroom vanities and bulk orders* (please see our commercial trade program for further information) All US states except Hawaii and Alaska. Import custom and duty taxes are not included in International orders and fall on to the customer. for select items Standard orders are mainly shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL. FontanaShowers® is not responsible for any duties, customs, or tax for international shipping. If an order or orders are shipped via freight (as opposed to standard FedEx or UPS), it falls under the responsibility of the customer to have the item removed from the truck. Lift gate delivery lowers the freight from the tail of the trailer to the ground and leaves it at the curb. Inside-delivery brings the freight from the ground to the interior of your home or garage.

Our Check Policy:

Orders paid for by certified bank check or wire transfer will ship upon receipt of payment. Please advise this process may take up to 7 - 10 business days from the time your payment is received. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.


Sales Tax & Currency:

For all orders outside of Virginia, no sales tax is charged.

FontanaShowers® provides guaranteed security for orders placed online. For customers that prefer not to enter credit card information online or simply need assistance placing an online order; our Sales Representatives are available to take manual orders and receive payment information by phone. Wrong Product Received:

All customers are advise to inspect the contents of their order upon delivery. In the even you have received a product which does not match the product in your order; please notify our Customer Service Team within 48 hours. Once our team has confirmed the oversight, we will issue a return shipping label at our expense and have your correct product shipped out right away. Prior to sending back any items, please submit a ticket or email our customer support staff at [email protected] to initiate and obtain an RMA.

All products must be installed by a certified licensed professional plumber or contractor. Any tampering or alteration of the item by a an uncertified party will void all warranties. Defective products are covered within our 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. If any defects are found, please contact us for proper return procedures and a new replacement will be shipped right away. Any potential damage / flaw must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery to qualify for free replacements.

Some items are not shipped by our standard ground carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and may not be returned. If an item is deemed defective you will receive a replacement product or we will work to get it repaired. No returns are accepted for freight shipped orders.


Warranty Information

Faucets, Shower Sets:

FontanaShowers® offers a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all purchased products (excluding select commercial sensor products) Normal wear and tear, abuse and misuse are not covered under warranty. FontanaShowers® is not responsible for any reinstallation or removal charges. Warranty is only offered to direct FontanaShowers® customers, and is not transferable. Shower systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping, or damages. Please note damages caused by installation error, or misuse are not covered under warranty. FontanaShowers® reserves the right to determine the potential cause of any damage / defect reported. FontanaShowers® is not responsible for any reinstallation or removal charges. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers® exceed the purchase price of the product. This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only and excludes damage due to improper handling, installation, maintenance, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by the consumer or any other party.


Other Products & Accessories including bathtubs, steam showers, vanities & sinks :

FontanaShowers® warrants other products and accessories purchased after August 1, 2009 to the following: 1 Year Limited Warranty - bathtubs, steam showers, vanities, and sinks are guaranteed to be free from defects in material, workmanship, and finish at the time of shipment. Examples of accessories include handles, hand showers, cradles, hoses, supply lines, or drains. Should any defects develop within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or assembly. This limited warranty covers only replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping, or damages. FontanaShowers® reserves the right to determine the potential cause of any damage / defect reported.

Any potential damage / flaw must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery to qualify for free replacements. Improper installation or alteration of unit and/or installation of additives can affect the integrity of the unit and will void the Warranty. FontanaShowers® reserves the right to determine the potential cause of any damage / defect reported. All original order information is required for any replacement order requests.


Warranty does not cover:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

  2. Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.

  3. For LED showers, please note that the LED light is not covered under the factory warranty. Under normal conditions, LED lights should last the lifetime of your shower. However, mineral and residue build-up in your water may cause the LED lights to stop working and as such, proper maintenance should be conducted to clean your shower head.

  4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

Please be advised that if due to human error, our site has an incorrect price listed, we will work to remedy it as quickly as possible. We make every effort to ensure that these mistakes do not happen. FontanaShowers® will not honor an incorrect price. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer of a pricing error, and the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel the order entirely.
