At FontanaShowers we carry wide selection of Bathroom Fixtures including Led Showers, Shower Systems, Bathroom Faucets, Whirlpool Bathtubs, Sauna, Commercial and Residential Motion Sensor Faucets and much more.
Transaction Security Guarantee
Our secure server software (SSL) is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. FontanaShowers.com is so confident in our systems that we GUARANTEE 100% SAFETY in the transactions you make with us. We electronically verify each transaction with the credit company, processing only those orders if the credit company so authorizes it.

Order Status and Tracking an Order
You will receive an email notification with shipper and tracking information once your order is shipped.


Change or Cancel an Open Order
If an order has not been shipped yet, you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, order is subject to a 15% restocking fee for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping.

Orders can be cancelled at any time if they have not entered the shipping process. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 3% credit card transaction fee. If you would like to return an item that has already entered the shipping process, please see our return policies.


Shipping Policy
Most products are shipped from our main warehouse in Virginia United States. We ship world wide and we offer free shipping in the United States. On Some product we may extend our special free shipping promotion of to our International customers. FontanaShowers is not responsible for any applicable taxes for international shipping.

If an item or items are shipped via a trucking company (as opposed to UPS), it is the customer's responsibility to have the item removed from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are available at an additional charge. Lift gate delivery lowers the freight from the tail of the trailer to the ground and leaves it at the curb. Inside delivery brings the freight from the ground to inside the front door or inside the garage.

Your order will likely be shipped via UPS or, in some circumstances, by another highly qualified common carrier. In most cases, a delivery signature will not be required if the order is shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Payment Options

For your convenience, FontanaShowers accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Paypal and personal checks. Please call us at -800-204-4483 for more information about paying by check.

Our Check Policy
For orders paid for via check or money order:
Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and processed. This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from the time your payment is received. Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order will ship upon receipt of payment. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

Sales Tax & Currency
For all orders outside of Virginia, no sales tax is charged.

Alternative Payment Options
Although we provide guaranteed order security, FontanaShowers understands if some customers would prefer not to use credit cards online. That's why our customer service representatives are available to personally handle your credit card transactions by phone. We are now open 7 days per week.

Wrong Products Received
If you received a different product then what you have ordered then Please contact us within 48 hour regarding your wrong product delivery. We will provide a RGA number and instructions on how you can return them back. We will pay for the shipping cost and ship you again the correct product. You will be charged for the replacement order and credited in full upon receipt and inspection of the original order. Or, you can wait until we receive the incorrect item and issue credit before placing the new order.


Installation:

Only a professional plumber should install our product or else the warranty will be void. We are always here to help you covered with any defective product within company warranty period. If you find any defective parts in our products, please send it back to us on our mailing address and we will ship you back a correct part. We are always there to help you get new parts or products at a very reasonable price after one year factory warranty period.


Bulk Items:

Some items are not shipped by our standard ground carrier like UPS, FedEx and USPS, may not be retured. Big items like steam shower units ship by fright and may not be returned. The item defective then customer will receive a replacement product or if it can be repaired but NO returns for this type of item which is shipped by freight.

This unit is NOT to be used in any workplace. This unit must also be installed by a professional, or it could result in the void of any warranties.


Warranty does not cover:

(1) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

(2) Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.

(3) Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from (1) improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

Defective Products:

If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and FontanaShowers will replace the item.

Pricing Errors:

Please be advised that if product price is not correct due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. We are making every possible effort to ensure that these mistakes do not happen. FontanaShowers cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer of a pricing error, the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing or to cancel the order completely. We apologize in advance for any errors on our website, and we will keep these mistakes to a minimum.
