Following several executive-suite restroom renovation projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where earlier white-and-gold waterfall touchless faucets repeatedly suffered from visible residue buildup, unstable infrared response, and inconsistent stream interruption during heavy guest usage, we transitioned multiple hospitality properties to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous decorative waterfall fixtures maintained in comparable luxury environments. Earlier white-and-gold systems frequently struggled with delayed shutoff timing and required repeated recalibration because of reflective countertop exposure and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation behavior with smoother waterfall stream consistency throughout repeated daily operation. Housekeeping teams also mentioned that the finish concealed minor spotting more effectively than glossy decorative fixtures previously installed in the same facilities. One reflective sink configuration required slight sensor refinements during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
