WATER SPRAYS TOO MUCH/MESSY
Issues: Water sprays too much when the faucet is on and creates a messy situation.
Possible Causes: The spout of the faucet is too high or too powerful
Sink and faucet mismatched with design
Solutions: Proper spout height and angle of the faucet: The design shall be such that it reduces splashing. It shall take into consideration the size and depth of the sink.
Install an aerator: An aerator is capable of reducing the flow rate of water passing through it, and the stream is softened hence not having a tendency to splash as much.
Match faucet to sink: Make sure that the type of faucet is commensurate to the size of the sink. The reason is to prevent splashing.
