After repeated servicing concerns involving older flat-top chrome touchless faucets developing delayed shutoff timing, unstable infrared activation, and uneven stream interruption across healthcare restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2025, we upgraded multiple public facilities to this commercial faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained considerably stronger than previous chrome sensor fixtures maintained in comparable high-use environments. Earlier commercial systems often struggled with sensor cross-activation near reflective surfaces and required ongoing recalibration because of varying restroom lighting conditions, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation behavior with smoother water delivery during continuous operation. Maintenance teams also reported fewer interruption-related servicing requests after installation. Initial setup required minor adjustments on deeper basin configurations, but once calibrated the valve regulation and infrared responsiveness remained highly consistent throughout long-term use.
