Following several executive-office restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where older chrome motion faucets repeatedly suffered from unstable infrared response, delayed shutoff timing, and inconsistent stream interruption during repeated public usage, we transitioned multiple facilities to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous chrome fixtures operating in comparable commercial environments. Earlier sensor systems frequently required repeated recalibration because of changing ambient lighting exposure and reflective sink materials, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation behavior with smoother stream consistency throughout continuous operation. Maintenance supervisors also noted fewer interruption-related service requests following installation. One compact sink configuration required minor sensitivity refinements during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and valve stability remained highly dependable.
