We replaced several older chrome touchless faucet systems across healthcare and executive-office restroom upgrades between 2022 and 2025 after repeated complaints involving inconsistent stream behavior, unstable infrared response, and delayed shutoff timing during heavy daily usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained substantially steadier operational performance than previous chrome sensor fixtures maintained in comparable commercial environments. Earlier commercial systems frequently required recalibration because of changing restroom lighting exposure and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions, whereas this faucet maintained more reliable motion detection with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also observed fewer activation-related service requests after installation. One compact sink configuration required additional sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once optimized the infrared timing stability and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
