We upgraded several healthcare restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after earlier brushed-nickel hands-free faucets repeatedly developed delayed shutoff timing, unstable infrared activation, and inconsistent stream interruption during continuous patient and staff usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier operational consistency than previous brushed-finish sensor fixtures maintained in comparable medical environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with changing restroom lighting exposure and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also reported fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One compact sink configuration required slight sensitivity refinements during installation, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall.
