After repeated maintenance concerns involving earlier chrome touchless faucets developing false triggering near reflective surfaces, unstable infrared response, and inconsistent stream interruption across transportation restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2025, we upgraded multiple facilities to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous chrome commercial fixtures maintained in comparable high-use environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective countertop interference and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that required repeated recalibration, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also noted fewer interruption-related servicing requests following installation. One deeper basin application required additional sensitivity refinements during setup, but once standardized the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
