We upgraded multiple transportation and healthcare restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after older chrome touchless faucets repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation, delayed shutoff timing, and inconsistent stream interruption during continuous public operation, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained considerably steadier performance than previous chrome sensor systems operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier commercial fixtures frequently required repeated recalibration because of changing restroom lighting exposure and reflective wall materials, whereas this faucet maintained more reliable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated usage cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related service requests following installation. Sensor calibration took slightly longer on several compact sink installations, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly dependable.
