We upgraded several upscale restroom installations between 2022 and 2025 after earlier antique-style touchless faucets repeatedly developed visible finish deterioration, unstable infrared response, and inconsistent stream interruption during continuous guest usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier operational consistency than previous decorative sensor fixtures installed in comparable luxury environments. Earlier antique-finish systems frequently struggled with delayed shutoff timing and required repeated recalibration because of reflective countertop exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions, whereas this faucet maintained smoother activation timing with more dependable stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Housekeeping staff also noted that the antique finish concealed minor wear patterns better than polished decorative fixtures previously installed in the same properties. One compact basin setup required additional sensitivity adjustments during installation, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
