Mounting this antique brass touchless faucet in a lobby restroom, I checked whether the darker finish affected sensor performance. Detection stayed reliable at about 0.35–0.42 seconds, with no false triggering after angle adjustment. Flow held near 1.2 GPM from 35–75 PSI. The hybrid power setup and brass internals make it more dependable than plated decorative sensor faucets.
