Following several executive-office restroom retrofit projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where older electronic sensor faucets repeatedly suffered from unstable infrared response, delayed shutoff timing, and uneven stream interruption during repeated commercial usage, we transitioned multiple facilities to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous commercial sensor fixtures maintained in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective wall materials and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related service calls following installation. One deeper basin application required slight sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once standardized the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly reliable overall.
