We replaced several older touchless faucet systems across transportation and municipal restroom retrofit projects between 2022 and 2025 after repeated complaints involving false triggering near reflective wall materials, delayed shutoff timing, and inconsistent stream interruption during continuous public operation, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier performance than previous sensor fixtures operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier commercial systems often required repeated recalibration because of changing ambient lighting exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions, whereas this model maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated daily usage. Maintenance teams also observed fewer interruption-related service requests after installation. One compact sink configuration required slight sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and long-term valve stability remained highly consistent overall.
