Beautiful out of the box BUT........ May 19, 2021 Reviewer: Wendy Lynn   First the temperature controls came in celsius not fahrenheit as advertised. The company response was that is the way it comes now. Less than a year later and not frequent usage the controls are spotted and the finish is wearing off. The company has a one year warranty and even though I am two months over the purchase date but less than a year in usage they cannot and will not guarantee their products and told me so by email. Not would you would expect for the prices they charge. Lesson learned, stick with the reputable companies that offer lifetime warranties. Was this review helpful to you?

Beautiful shower set! January 5, 2021 Reviewer: Mina from Tulsa   I love the look of this shower set. The gold tone finish is just amazing - the whole thing just enhanced the appeal of my shower. More than that though, every component of this shower set works very well. I haven't had any issue with it so far - from the shower head to the handheld shower to the mixers and everything else in between. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone. nice gold finish December 29, 2018 Reviewer: Yumice from Arizona   The shower set overall is good, but  what many people would love most about this shower set is the nice gold finish. Good combination March 3, 2018 Reviewer: Julian from Virginia   I like the combination of the rainfall and waterfall features, it works well and looks so cool. I prefer using the rainfall feature though since it seems most practical, but the waterfall feature is so enjoyable. If it weren't for the late delivery (which was almost a week late), would given this a complete five star rating. $500 out of pocket for un-installable product January 12, 2018 Reviewer: Lisa P. from Marina del Rey, CA United States   Flimsy but looked cool so wanted to go with it. Downloaded and printed installation instructions from Fontana  website for my plumber. Turns out they were not current for the product, and there were no others. Fontana said they could usually "walk someone through it" so we tried. placed on hold for each question, while they called someone else for each answer. Plumber refused to install, too much liability to take instructions secondhand from guy on the phone. It had been more than 30 days due 2 full remodel & acquiring materials. inspected upon receipt, but could not have discovered the defective instructions without a professional. Fontana has 30-day return policy minus hefty restaurantcking fee. In multiple telephone calls and emails since that time, I asked  to return the product for refund,  offering to pay for the return shipping. Can't get response. Order from this company at your own risk, since they are not willing to take accountability for their mistake. Was this review helpful to you?

Nice! June 13, 2017 Reviewer: Alex from Ohio   When was looking for a shower set to install in the master bathroom, was not looking for anything in particular. just decided that I'd come here and take a look and perhaps grab some inspiration. I saw many beautiful shower sets here, but this one grabbed my attention. The gold finish and the complete set, and the sale price of course, were more than enough reasons to buy this.
