Uneven Multi-Function Output Became Stable May 4, 2026 Reviewer: Bennett Foster, Technician from Scranton, PA   As a technician inspecting multi-function brass shower systems, I observed uneven output between the active spray functions during startup testing. Water pressure briefly shifted before recalibrating the internal valve controls restored smooth hydraulic coordination across the entire assembly. Following adjustment, discharge consistency remained dependable throughout prolonged operation cycles. The brass construction and multi-function routing demonstrated reliable long-term performance where similar shower systems commonly develop unstable pressure distribution. Not very impressive February 3, 2023 Reviewer: Sonya from Alabama   For the price I paid for this, even at the sale price, I have to say that  not very impressed.  good, yeah, but  not as great as I hoped it would be. For one, the LED lights aren't very bright at all. I can hardly see them when I shower in the morning. Maybe  because the bathroom's bright because of the windows, but still, though they'd be bright enough to be seen even then. Was this review helpful to you?

Great buy December 21, 2022 Reviewer: Caleb from Scranton   After reading through the product details, I finally decided to get one of these for the master bathroom, and though was bit more expensive than what I originally intend to spend, I can say that every dollar I paid for this is more than worth it. Superb! November 30, 2022 Reviewer: Arnold from Wichita Falls   Although this shower set is quite expensive at $1500, I can say that that is money well spent. The shower set functions are totally amazing, and I can't help but give them all a try from time to time. False Advertising November 18, 2019 Reviewer: A Dissappointed Customer   We tried, we tried to work with this company.  Now they are no longer taking my calls or answering any emails.  The Reno shower head is not as advertised.  The lights do not change according to the temperature of the water, they just roll through colors like a disco.  We went through THREE of these shower heads, paying TWO licensed plumbers each time they were changed out.  Each one was a little different from the one before, so they had to be replaced entirely.  The installation instructions are obviously written in China, and there is no one in customer service that can answer basic questions about voltage, etc.  My plumbers are who eventually figured out what the problem was.  I asked for at least half reimbursement for the $950 plumbing bill to swap out 3 shower heads and one thermostatic mixer...that  when no one would ever again answer my emails, or return my calls... The body sprays are already losing their finish after just a few months of use. Was this review helpful to you?

Reasonable price November 4, 2018 Reviewer: Zia from Iowa   I first thought that this thing was rather expensive, and yeah, I did think of buying the other shower set I saw before this. But then though that if this shower set is as good as it claims to be, then maybe  worth it. So I got it anyway and so far  happy with that decision. Now,  the price is reasonable. Perfect November 23, 2017 Reviewer: Laura from Arizona   Was kind of hesitant to buy this shower set at first because it seemed rather expensive. However, after talking it through with my husband, we decided to give this one a try. If was selling for that high, then it must be a good shower set. Well, we soon found out that was.
