We replaced several older chrome touchless faucet systems across healthcare and executive-office restroom upgrades between 2022 and 2025 after repeated complaints involving delayed infrared response, unstable shutoff timing, and uneven stream interruption during continuous public usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier operational consistency than previous chrome commercial fixtures operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective countertop interference and required repeated recalibration because of changing ambient lighting exposure, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable motion recognition with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related service requests after installation. One compact sink configuration required additional sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and valve consistency remained highly dependable overall.
