Communication Improved Later Sunday, May 29, 2005 Reviewer: Sophia Bennett from Denver, CO   After purchase, communication slowed considerably and I had to initiate the next contact myself to learn why the delivery estimate had changed. The first response was vague, but another representative later provided a firm schedule and accurate tracking. The rose gold thermostatic automatic faucet arrived securely packaged and looked impressive once installed.
