4 of 5 Operational Efficiency Sunday, July 5, 2026
Reviewer: Connor Hayes, Facility Manager from Spokane, WA
Replacing our previous touchless fixtures with this brushed gold model noticeably improved operational efficiency across multiple executive washrooms. Faster activation, repeatable shutoff timing, and reliable electronic controls have reduced service demands while improving user throughput during peak occupancy.

3 of 5 Nice, but More Upkeep Wednesday, June 17, 2026

These went into the restrooms beside our main reception area, so appearance mattered quite a bit. They definitely look more upscale than the chrome faucets we replaced, and the touchless operation has been reliable. The downside is that our cleaning staff spends more time keeping the brushed gold looking even around the heavily splashed areas. It's not a serious problem, but it is additional upkeep. I'd use them again in front-of-house spaces, probably not everywhere in the building.

4 of 5 Lower Activation Delays Saturday, April 4, 2026
Reviewer: Elowen Hollowell, Infrastructure Advisor from Macon, GA
We upgraded several transportation and healthcare restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 after earlier brushed-gold touchless faucets repeatedly developed delayed infrared response, unstable stream interruption, and inconsistent shutoff timing during continuous public operation, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier operational consistency than previous brushed-gold commercial fixtures operating in comparable high-use environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with changing restroom lighting exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also noted fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One reflective sink configuration required additional sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.

5 of 5 Performance and savings Sunday, February 26, 2023
Reviewer: Coltart Earley Architecture from Billerica, MA
Had the pleasure of upgrading to an energy-efficient touchless faucet in our restaurant, and it has made a significant impact on both our water usage and our utility bills. The touchless faucet has exceeded our expectations in terms of performance and savings. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to save on their water and energy bills.
