3 of 5 Stylish but Less Forgiving Sunday, August 23, 2026

Visitors see the Dijon immediately when they enter our showroom restroom, and visually it has delivered exactly what the design team wanted. The rose gold gives the space a much more customized feel. From an operations standpoint, however, the finish isn't very forgiving when droplets are left to dry, so staff stays on top of it. Automatic operation has caused no meaningful trouble. I like the fixture, but its appearance depends more on consistent housekeeping than a conventional commercial finish.

4 of 5 Glamour Needs Geometry Wednesday, June 17, 2026
Reviewer: Damian Foster from Las Vegas, NV
Dijon's contemporary rose-gold presentation is visually strong enough that basin geometry can easily become an overlooked part of the specification. It should not. With a taller commercial sensor format, the project team needs to establish bowl depth, outlet reach, stream landing, sensor position, and the user's handwashing zone before countertop and basin selections are frozen. Those relationships determine splash behavior far more than the finish does. Rose gold also deserves controlled cleaning chemistry and careful coordination with other metallic components because small tone differences become conspicuous in a premium interior. I would use one completed wash station as the benchmark for subsequent installations. When that geometry is proven first, Dijon's decorative character becomes an asset without creating avoidable operational compromises for facilities personnel.

4 of 5 Minimal Shutoff Delays Monday, May 18, 2026
Reviewer: Genevieve Mercer, Infrastructure Advisor from Portsmouth, NH
Modernizing several executive-office restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025 highlighted recurring problems with older rose-gold touchless faucets repeatedly developing delayed shutoff timing, unstable infrared activation, and uneven stream interruption during continuous commercial usage, so we transitioned to this contemporary automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained considerably stronger than previous decorative fixtures operating in comparable luxury environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink interference and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related service calls following installation. One reflective countertop setup required slight sensitivity refinements during installation, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall.

5 of 5 Hygiene practices Friday, February 24, 2023
Reviewer: 70F Architecture from Sterling Heights, MI
Our facility recently had the privilege of utilizing a touchless faucet, and it was a game-changing addition to our hygiene practices. The touchless feature allowed for effortless handwashing and greatly reduced the spread of germs and bacteria. If youre looking for a more convenient and hygienic way to wash your hands, we highly recommend touchless faucets. The technology is dependable, straightforward to install, and an excellent investment in promoting health and well-being.
