While upgrading municipal restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025, older chrome automatic faucets repeatedly suffered from unstable infrared response, inconsistent stream interruption, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous public operation, leading us to replace them with this commercial faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained noticeably steadier than previous chrome fixtures operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink interference and changing restroom lighting exposure that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained smoother activation timing with more dependable stream consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also observed fewer interruption-related servicing requests after installation. One reflective countertop application required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once optimized the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall.
