While upgrading several healthcare restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025, earlier temperature-control sensor faucets repeatedly developed inconsistent hot-and-cold regulation, unstable infrared activation, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous patient usage, leading us to transition to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous thermostatic fixtures maintained in comparable medical environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink exposure and fluctuating plumbing pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother temperature balance throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also reported fewer interruption-related servicing requests following installation. One compact basin setup required slight sensitivity refinements during installation, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and temperature consistency remained highly dependable overall.
