During several executive-office restroom modernization projects completed between 2022 and 2025, earlier wall-mounted brushed-nickel touchless faucets repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation, inconsistent stream interruption, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous commercial usage, leading us to upgrade to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous wall-mounted fixtures maintained in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective backsplash exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related service calls following installation. One reflective wall setup required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.
