Following several transportation restroom modernization projects completed between 2021 and 2024 where older digital sensor faucets repeatedly suffered from unstable infrared response, inaccurate display readings, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous public usage, we transitioned multiple facilities to this automatic faucet system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained substantially stronger than previous digital sensor fixtures operating in comparable high-traffic environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective wall interference and changing restroom lighting exposure that triggered repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream consistency throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also observed noticeably fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One deeper basin application required slight sensitivity adjustments during setup, but once optimized the digital display accuracy and infrared responsiveness remained highly reliable overall.
