Customer Partnership Proven Wednesday, June 10, 2026 Reviewer: Melissa Carter, Manager from Nashville, TN   My experience with the Cremona shower system extended well beyond the initial purchase. During the months following installation, FontanaShowers continued providing updated technical documents, maintenance recommendations, replacement component references, and prompt engineering responses whenever our facilities team requested clarification. Every interaction reflected professionalism, clear communication, and genuine commitment to long-term customer success rather than simply closing a sale. Today, almost two years after commissioning, the brushed nickel finish remains beautiful, the thermostatic controls continue maintaining precise temperatures, and the complete recessed shower system performs exactly as it did on day one. Long-term customer support of this quality is why I continue recommending FontanaShowers for premium residential projects. Was this review helpful to you?

Uneven Heat Regulation Became Fully Stable Wednesday, March 18, 2026 Reviewer: Gavin Brooks, Installer from Cedar Rapids, IA   From the perspective of an installer handling thermostatic systems, I detected uneven heat regulation during rapid temperature transition testing. Water output briefly shifted before the internal thermostatic valve restored balanced thermal coordination throughout operation. After recalibration, spray performance remained smooth with dependable hydraulic consistency across all active functions. The brushed nickel structure and recessed brass assembly maintained reliable long-term performance where similar systems often experience recurring temperature instability.
