Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective countertop exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also reported fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One compact sink configuration required slight sensitivity refinements during setup, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and valve reliability remained highly dependable overall. Better Than Manual Faucets Wednesday, June 17, 2026 Reviewer: Dominic Russo from Youngstown, OH   Employees had been asking us to replace the old handled faucets for a while, and this was one of the simpler upgrades in the renovation. People adjusted to the automatic operation immediately and we haven't had complaints about the sensor missing their hands. The matte black looks much better than the previous fixtures, although it exposes dried water marks fairly quickly.
