4 of 5 Different Shape Works Sunday, August 23, 2026
Reviewer: Dennis Caldwell from Eugene, OR
Several people on the project questioned the inverted V shape when they first saw the specification sheet. Installed over the basin, it makes much more sense and gives the restroom a distinctive look without taking things too far. More importantly for me, the automatic function has been dependable through regular weekday traffic. Our crew wipes the chrome frequently because fingerprints and droplets show under the lighting. Beyond that, this has been a surprisingly practical design choice.

The inverted V-shaped commercial faucet completed hydraulic balancing, sensor verification, and electrical testing during the first commissioning cycle. Every measured parameter aligned with the project specifications, allowing final acceptance without additional calibration or corrective engineering work.

5 of 5 Reduced Calibration Interruptions Wednesday, March 11, 2026
Reviewer: Celeste Mercer, Infrastructure Specialist from Asheville, NC
We replaced several earlier inverted-V touchless faucets across executive-office and transportation restroom retrofit projects between 2022 and 2025 after repeated complaints involving unstable infrared activation, delayed shutoff timing, and uneven stream interruption during heavy public usage, and by 2026 this faucet has maintained noticeably steadier operational consistency than previous chrome sensor fixtures maintained in comparable commercial environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective sink interference and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained more dependable motion recognition with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance teams also observed fewer interruption-related service calls after installation. One deeper basin application required slight sensitivity refinements during installation, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.

5 of 5 Time-saving tool Saturday, December 10, 2022
Reviewer: Onion Architects from Beverly, MA
Recently purchased these touchless faucets, and aside from being a time-saving tool, these touchless faucet is hygienic and easy to clean. Youll save more water and money as the motion sensor embedded in the spout of a hands-free faucet automatically cuts the water off when you’re done using it.
