4 of 5 Maintenance More Involved Friday, August 28, 2026
Reviewer: Dominic Fletcher from Scottsdale, AZ
Combining water, soap and drying at the wash station significantly reduced the scattered equipment around our restroom counters. Users understand the sequence quickly, and the matte black system gives the installation a very cohesive appearance. Facilities personnel do have more components to inspect than with a standalone faucet, particularly the dispenser and dryer path, so preventive maintenance cannot be ignored. For a property willing to maintain an integrated system properly, the cleaner counter arrangement makes that additional responsibility worthwhile.

4 of 5 No-Hassle Coverage Monday, June 29, 2026
Reviewer: Brady Turner, Senior Facilities Engineer from Boise, ID
We evaluated Fontana's warranty program before deploying these faucets throughout a corporate headquarters renovation. Every coverage detail for the sensor, control electronics, finish, and manufacturing defects was clearly documented. When we requested clarification on commercial operating conditions, the warranty department responded immediately with technical references and written confirmation. The transparency of the process gave our ownership group complete confidence in the manufacturer's long-term commitment.

4 of 5 Workflow Becomes Integrated Friday, June 5, 2026
Reviewer: Naomi Weller from St. Augustine, FL
This is much more than a sensor faucet, and it should be evaluated accordingly. Combining touchless water delivery, automatic soap dispensing, and hand drying at one basin can reduce unnecessary movement through a busy washroom while keeping the entire handwashing sequence within a defined user zone. The 304 stainless-steel and brass construction, infrared sensing, brushless dryer motor, and published rapid drying performance give the system credible commercial substance. The advantage comes with additional coordination: water, electrical service, soap replenishment, airflow, drainage, and maintenance access all need to work together. I would commission each sensing zone independently to prevent accidental overlap. When properly planned, this integrated approach can produce a much more coherent washroom workflow than three unrelated fixtures.

4 of 5 Post-Warranty Confidence Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Reviewer: Connor Hayes, Facility Manager from Spokane, WA
Even beyond the standard warranty discussion, Fontana outlined available replacement components, repair options, and long-term technical assistance. Knowing that knowledgeable support remains available after the warranty period strengthened our confidence in selecting this faucet for high-traffic commercial facilities.

5 of 5 Touchless Faucet Sensor Drift Tuesday, January 20, 2026
Reviewer: Quinn Foster, Plumber from Chicago, IL
During repeated wet-hand activation sequences, the matte black touchless faucet maintained response timing near approximately 0.35 seconds under standard operating conditions. Reflective moisture occasionally introduced isolated sensor misfires before repositioning corrected the detection geometry. Once recalibrated, activation consistency and discharge reliability stabilized effectively throughout prolonged residential and commercial testing scenarios.
