While upgrading several executive-office restroom facilities between 2022 and 2025, earlier brushed-nickel touchless faucets repeatedly developed uneven surface wear, unstable infrared activation, and delayed shutoff timing during continuous commercial usage, leading us to install this sink faucet system, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than previous brushed-finish fixtures maintained in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with reflective countertop exposure and fluctuating inlet-pressure conditions that caused repeated recalibration requests, whereas this faucet maintained steadier activation timing with smoother stream regulation throughout repeated operation cycles. Maintenance supervisors also observed fewer interruption-related service calls following installation. One reflective sink setup required slight sensitivity refinements during installation, but once calibrated the infrared responsiveness and operational reliability remained highly dependable overall.
