Delay Met Comfort Saturday, August 1, 2026 Reviewer: Spencer Dalton from Washington, DC   Initially, I worried about the order because confirmation came through but meaningful shipping information did not follow for several days. One call eventually cleared everything up. The Napoli shower set is another story entirely. Ceiling mounting gives the bathroom a cleaner architectural appearance, and the brushed gold finish looks sophisticated without being overly flashy. It became one of the most noticeable fixtures in our renovated guest suite. Was this review helpful to you?

Pressure back in balance Saturday, July 25, 2026 Reviewer: Colton Foster, Engineer from Fargo, ND   Startup performance remained smooth until the system reached full operating pressure, where slight variations in rainfall consistency became noticeable across the showerhead. Fine adjustments to the pressure-balancing valve quickly restored uniform discharge without affecting overall flow rate. Repeated verification confirmed stable hydraulic regulation under continuous operation. The brushed-gold ceiling-mounted shower assembly maintained dependable rainfall performance throughout the evaluation. Was this review helpful to you?

Perfect shower and color Friday, January 3, 2020 Reviewer: Connor Mistry from Birmingham   I love the shower system and the brushed gold color is just perfect. It comes with everything you need. The handheld shower is awesome. Customer service/support is great as well. We had a little query, one email to customer service and they resolved the issue very quickly plus they are very friendly. Headache Found Beauty Wednesday, January 19, 2005 Reviewer: Bennett Cross from Pine Bluff, AR   I'll judge this one from a hotel owner's perspective: the installation phase made me question whether we'd chosen something too ambitious. Coordinating the ceiling-mounted setup took additional time, and getting questions resolved wasn't as seamless as expected. Then I walked into the completed suite. The brushed gold shower overhead looks outstanding and gives the bathroom the sort of high-end visual moment that photographs extremely well. Difficult beginning, but a genuinely impressive finish.
