Uncertainty Found Style Wednesday, July 8, 2026 Reviewer: Mitchell Warren from Albuquerque, NM   Reaching someone with a definite answer about shipping took longer than anticipated. For a project purchase, I would have preferred clearer communication without having to make another call. The matte black Milan fixture was nevertheless an excellent choice for the bathroom. Its dark finish creates crisp contrast against lighter tile, and the completed shower has the clean contemporary appearance our designer originally intended. Was this review helpful to you?

Worthwhile investment Monday, October 16, 2023 Reviewer: The Pace Companies from Richardson, TX   Although we love every aspect of this shower set, the shower jets are our favorite owing to their amazing performance. We use them almost every time we take a shower, which greatly improves the experience. The jets provide a consistent, strong water pressure that feels like a soothing massage, which, given the price, makes it a worthwhile investment. Was this review helpful to you?

Setback Turned Delight Wednesday, January 5, 2005 Reviewer: Frederick Boone from Pueblo, CO   My role is on the design side of hotel projects, so normally I don't get involved in chasing orders. This one became an exception because the project team wasn't getting clear enough information and installation dates were approaching. That was disappointing. The matte black Milan itself absolutely hit our design brief, though. Against the pale tile it creates a strong contrast and gives the shower a contemporary look without requiring us to overdesign the rest of the room. Was this review helpful to you?
