The plumber had to return after completing the rest of the floor, costing us both time and money. I wasn't pleased with that part of the purchase. Seeing the completed Lima installation improved matters considerably. The 16-inch format and shiny gold treatment make the shower feel appropriately special for a higher-priced suite.
