Concern Found Performance Friday, August 14, 2026 Reviewer: Megan Caldwell from Cleveland, OH   Installation had to move several days because the shipment did not arrive within the original window. Some advance warning would have prevented the scheduling headache. Once completed, though, the Florence system looks exceptional. Moving the rainfall outlet to the ceiling creates a much cleaner visual line, while the hot and cold mixer provides straightforward control. Very pleased with our purchase Monday, December 16, 2019 Reviewer: Archie Lord from Liverpool   The Rain shower is wonderful. was afraid it would be too soft of a flow but  not. It rinses your body and your hair just wonderfully. The hand wand is so so very useful and the power flow is strong. We purchased this system in oil rubbed bronze. Nice quality set Sunday, December 15, 2019 Reviewer: Cai from Brooklyn, NY   This is awesome! (was so afraid that this would not meet my standard, but WOW. I don't have to move from side to side anymore to get my head and shoulders wet at the same time. Very relaxing. The water flow is also powerful enough for me, no complaints. Disappointment Turned Approval Wednesday, April 9, 2008 Reviewer: Natalie Briggs from Idaho Falls, ID   A ceiling-mounted shower isn't something I would specify casually again. Between ceiling work, plumbing coordination and a couple of unanswered questions, the first installation consumed more project-management time than budgeted. Then the suite was staged and photographed. The Florence looks fantastic overhead. Removing the visual clutter of a conventional wall arm makes the shower feel larger, and the finished bathroom genuinely presents like a higher room category. Was this review helpful to you?
