Friction Met Reliability Thursday, August 20, 2026 Reviewer: Vanessa Morrison from Stockton, CA   Changing one order detail involved more back-and-forth with customer service than I expected. Once that was resolved, the rest of the project went smoothly. The B�ziers faucet has a crisp chrome appearance that works nicely with our other bathroom hardware, while the brass construction gives it a reassuring feel. Difficulty Became Minor Thursday, March 6, 2003 Reviewer: Allison Newman from Peoria, IL   One unit needed attention before it could go into service, and sorting that out took more follow-up than a hotel purchasing department should have to provide. That's the main reason I'm keeping this at two stars. Once the usable fixtures were installed, the B�ziers made a much better impression. Chrome remains easy to coordinate across different room designs, and the brass faucet has a polished appearance that works particularly well in a clean, contemporary guest bathroom.
