Hassle Found Design Friday, July 24, 2026 Reviewer: Julia Hamilton from Riverside, CA   The delivery estimate shifted after purchase, and I would have appreciated knowing about it before checking the order myself. Fortunately, the Milan faucet has plenty to recommend once installed. The gold and white combination is distinctive without looking excessive, while the 360-degree rotation adds real everyday usefulness. Annoyance Found Luxury Sunday, October 26, 2003 Reviewer: Cassandra Reeves from Bloomington, IL   Gold and white wasn't the safest combination on our specification sheet, and a slow response when I asked about availability made me question the choice even more. Once the Milan faucets were fitted in the lobby restrooms, the hesitation disappeared. The combination looks distinctive without feeling cheap, and the 360-degree rotation is more functional than I initially gave it credit for. Our designer wanted something guests would remember, and this certainly isn't another anonymous hotel faucet. Was this review helpful to you?
