Concern Found Quality Monday, July 13, 2026 Reviewer: Danielle Sutton from Saint Paul, MN   Nobody provided the shipping update I expected, so eventually I contacted the company to find out where things stood. That communication gap cost the purchase a star. The Modena itself has been excellent for our bathroom. Chrome gives it a crisp, uncomplicated appearance, the proportions work nicely with the basin, and cleaning around the fixture has remained relatively straightforward. Delay Found Style Thursday, February 14, 2008 Reviewer: Jacqueline Meyer from Evanston, IL   Not every hotel bathroom needs a statement fixture. For this phase, I wanted something clean, familiar and easy to coordinate across different rooms. Customer service was slower than I'd like when confirming the order, but the Modena itself was exactly the uncomplicated choice I needed. Chrome works with practically everything already installed, and the faucet gives the vanity a crisp, refreshed appearance without forcing us to redesign the entire bathroom around it.
