Difficulty Met Performance Sunday, August 16, 2026 Reviewer: Nicole Ramsey from Santa Ana, CA   A promised follow-up regarding shipment timing never reached me, requiring another call before I knew what was happening. The Genoa faucet made a considerably better impression. White and gold create an unusual combination that works surprisingly well with our light countertop. The finished vanity has a more individual character now, and the faucet receives far more attention than the one it replaced. Was this review helpful to you?

Timeless Style . . . Monday, October 21, 2019 Reviewer: Sharon from Las Vegas   These are nice quality faucets. I purchased 5 of these for the house we are building. They come with the drain kit and are such nice color. I’m very happy with my purchase and lived the price. Was this review helpful to you?

Disappointment Met Craftsmanship Monday, July 28, 2003 Reviewer: Evelyn Norton from South Bend, IN   Our interior team debated this Genoa for weeks because white and gold can go wrong very quickly in hospitality design. Waiting for information during the purchasing stage didn't exactly improve everyone's confidence. The first completed bathroom settled the argument. Against the pale countertop, the faucet looks refined and intentional, with enough gold to add warmth without overwhelming the space. Even the team members who originally voted against it approved the final room. Was this review helpful to you?
