Hassle Met Quality Sunday, July 5, 2026 Reviewer: Stephanie Crawford from Greensboro, NC   The shipment arrived behind the original estimate, creating an awkward reschedule with our contractor. That prevented a higher rating, although the actual Phoenix faucet has been enjoyable to use. Its antique styling brings warmth to the bathroom, and the 360-degree rotating configuration makes the spout considerably more practical than I initially expected. The finished installation successfully balances decorative character with everyday functionality. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent quality & design at a great price! Tuesday, October 15, 2019 Reviewer: Kyle G from Norwich   Spent a long time looking for the right faucet. Finally settled on this one. did not think was the one, but thought it would do. Boy WAS I WRONG. This faucet is awesome actually. One surprising thing that this faucet does, which is why I love it so much, is that the spout swivels. Was this review helpful to you?

Headache Found Refinement Thursday, March 13, 2003 Reviewer: Allison Garrett from Iowa City, IA   Ask the project manager about this Phoenix and you'll hear about follow-ups, scheduling and the time spent waiting for a clear answer. Ask me as the property owner and I'll add that the finished bathroom looks considerably better than the purchasing experience felt. The antique styling gives the vanity personality, while the 360-degree rotatable deck-mounted format keeps it functional for everyday guest use. The behind-the-scenes process was frustrating; fortunately, guests only see the finished result. Was this review helpful to you?
