Silence Found Beauty Wednesday, August 5, 2026 Reviewer: Brianna Reynolds from Jersey City, NJ   Changing a small detail on the order turned into more correspondence than I expected, which made the purchasing side feel unnecessarily complicated. The Phoenix faucet itself has been a pleasant contrast. Its antique styling gives our vanity genuine character, while the rotating spout is far more useful in everyday use than I anticipated. Installed, it feels decorative without sacrificing practicality. Was this review helpful to you?

Stylish and great functionality. Easy install. Saturday, February 4, 2023 Reviewer: Colorado Cowboy from Cambridge   This faucet exceeded all of my expectations. looks amazing and functions perfectly. I do not have any issues with splashing. I have my supply valves fully open.it just adds nice architectonic look. The product came beautifully packaged, with soft fabric "socks" holding the faucet protectively. nice looking and good quality Tuesday, October 15, 2019 Reviewer: Jackson Moore from BURNTON   Absolutely beautiful faucet and seems like its solidly constructed. Nice heavy feel to it. had a certified plumber come and install this sink faucet. He said, if he did not know any different- he would have thought this faucet was a high-priced fixture. He said it seemed very substantial to him. Was this review helpful to you?

Annoyance Turned Positive Monday, December 26, 2005 Reviewer: Felicity Sutton from Ames, IA   Finding fixtures for a heritage hotel is harder than it sounds because anything too contemporary immediately looks out of place. I was therefore reluctant to abandon the Phoenix even after the order required more follow-up than it should have. Keeping it turned out to be the right decision. The antique styling feels natural in the room, while the rotating spout adds modern practicality without spoiling the traditional character. Was this review helpful to you?
