Friction Met Design Wednesday, July 29, 2026 Reviewer: Alexandra Monroe from Buffalo, NY   Several days passed without the order update I expected, leaving me to contact support myself. The Dijon faucet fortunately arrived safely and has been trouble-free since installation. Chrome gives the vanity a bright, clean appearance, and the fixture's proportions suit our basin particularly well. Maintenance has also been uncomplicated, which matters more to me than elaborate styling in a daily-use bathroom. Was this review helpful to you?

Trouble Turned Terrific Wednesday, July 9, 2003 Reviewer: Genevieve McKenzie from Overland Park, KS   My responsibility is keeping a business hotel looking presentable without turning every bathroom update into a major capital project. The slow customer-service response on this order wasn't helpful, especially with maintenance waiting for confirmation. Once installed, the chrome Dijon accomplished exactly what was needed. It's bright, neat and familiar, and it immediately made the sink area look better maintained without making the renovation feel unnecessarily elaborate. Was this review helpful to you?
