Trouble Met Utility Friday, August 14, 2026 Reviewer: Edward Finley from Knoxville, TN   Getting a clear answer to an installation question required being transferred between representatives, and I expected faster technical assistance. The Westminster system made a stronger impression once our plumber completed the installation. The folding wall-mounted arrangement is useful where space matters, while thermostatic control adds welcome temperature management. Unique design Monday, December 9, 2019 Reviewer: Cheska from Illinois   Was intrigued about this faucet especially about the design. I don't remember seeing anything like this before and so though this would be nice piece for the kitchen. I did worry about durability but it appears to be of good quality and make. Friction Turned Praise Saturday, August 23, 2008 Reviewer: Harrison Woodard from Bozeman, MT   Communication was excellent before the purchase but noticeably weaker afterward. A follow-up I was expecting never happened, leaving me to contact the company again for information. The Westminster itself was fortunately much more satisfying. Its wall-mounted folding design is distinctive, and the thermostatic functionality gives the fixture a sophisticated feel that ultimately made the wait easier to overlook.
