Performance after installation has been considerably better. Temperature control provides a reassuring level of consistency, while the LED functionality gives the Verona a distinctive modern presence. Delayed color change Sunday, November 17, 2019 Reviewer: Joanna from New Jersey   What I notice now about our shower head is that the color change is bit delayed. was not that way before as far as I could remember, but the delay is so minimal that it can't be noticed right away. Besides,  not like we look up at the shower head every time we take a shower.  not going to ask for a replacement because like I said the delay is minimal, but once it gets worse then  when I'll ask for a replacement. Headache Turned Favorable Monday, June 2, 2008 Reviewer: Emmett Buckley from Butte, MT   Post-purchase communication was the weak point here. Responses took too long, and some of them didn't directly address the question being asked. That was disappointing at this price point. Fortunately, the Verona shower system produced a very different final impression. The temperature-controlled functionality and LED feature give it a modern, feature-rich feel, and the product itself ended up being the strongest part of the experience.
