Elevate high-traffic washrooms with a chrome commercial touchless faucet designed around hygienic operation, dependable performance, and refined contemporary styling.
Infrared activation creates a smooth hands-free experience while the polished surface integrates naturally with hospitality, corporate, healthcare, educational, transportation, and public restroom environments.
Solid brass construction provides structural durability for demanding daily operation, while an adjustable infrared sensing range supports accurate activation across varied basin configurations. Selectable 0.51.5 GPM aerator options allow project-specific water management, and AC110V or DC6V power capability provides flexibility for new construction and retrofit installations. Vandal-resistant construction, included mounting hardware, supply hoses, and optional remote adjustment further support efficient commissioning and facility maintenance. A mirror-like chrome surface brings crisp architectural character to premium washrooms while complementing ceramic basins, stone countertops, glass, and contemporary interior materials. Contact-free activation enhances the user experience by combining visual refinement with cleaner interaction, making the fixture suitable for upscale hotels, executive offices, restaurants, entertainment venues, airports, and other sophisticated public interiors.
For architects, designers, contractors, and facility planners, the deck-mounted configuration offers a versatile solution for commercial restroom specifications where appearance, water management, serviceability, and reliable sensor response must work together. Adjustable detection, multiple flow options, dual-power capability, optional temperature mixing, BIM resources, and supporting technical documentation simplify coordination across design development, specification, installation, and long-term facility operation.
ARDEN MOTIONPLUS™ COLLECTION
Fontana Arden MotionPlus Touchless Faucet FAQs
Commercial countertop infrared touchless faucet with solid brass
construction, adjustable sensor detection, selectable 0.5–1.5 GPM
water-saving performance, AC/DC power capability, optional remote
adjustment, and vandal-resistant commercial-grade operation.
✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete sensor commissioning after the basin,
countertop, backsplash, mirror, and surrounding accessories
are fully installed. The sensing distance is adjustable.
Confirm reliable hand detection throughout the intended
wash zone and reduce the sensing range if reflective
surfaces create unintended activation.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush incoming water lines before final connection,
verify the supplied hoses and mounting hardware are secure,
inspect the inlet path for construction debris, and confirm
stable dynamic pressure before commissioning the electronic
valve and sensor system.
◯ Flow Rate Configuration? +
The built-in aerator is available with flow rates
from approximately 0.5 GPM to 1.5 GPM, with custom flow
requirements also available. Select the appropriate flow
specification for the project and verify actual delivery
under normal dynamic pressure.
↻ Continuous Water Flow Diagnostics? +
Clean the infrared sensor area and remove stationary
or reflective objects from the sensing field. Verify stable
power and inspect the electronic valve and internal water
path for sediment, mineral buildup, or incomplete closure
if water continues flowing after hands leave the detection
zone.
⌁ Remote Sensor Adjustment? +
An optional remote control can be used to reset
the control system, adjust sensing distance, and manage
faucet on/off functions. Complete any range adjustment
with the finished basin environment in place so the
sensor responds only within the intended user zone.
⌂ Operating Water Pressure? +
The Arden MotionPlus series is specified for
approximately 0.05–1.2 MPa operating pressure. Maintain
stable dynamic pressure within the specified range and
provide pressure regulation where building supply
conditions exceed fixture requirements.
⚡ AC and DC Power Options? +
The control box supports AC110V hardwired operation
as well as DC6V battery operation. Batteries are not
included. Keep the electronic control assembly protected
from moisture while maintaining accessible service space
for future maintenance.
⌕ Routine Commercial Maintenance? +
Periodically clean the infrared sensor and faucet
outlet, inspect supply hoses and valve components, remove
mineral deposits, and verify reliable automatic shutoff.
Clean decorative finishes using a soft cloth and mild
non-abrasive cleaner appropriate for the selected finish.
