Some installation information was harder to clarify than expected, and getting the right answer required multiple contacts. The Barletta system itself has been much easier to appreciate. The large shower head provides broad coverage, while the handheld component adds flexibility that guests actually use. Having both options makes the shower practical for different preferences, particularly in the larger suites we were renovating.
